Consumers demand safer medical devices →
Although I am not personally working on the medical device project, I am proud to belong to the network of patient safety advocates connected with Consumer’s Union Safe Patient Project.

Please accept my apology for the commercial that precedes this important story. One of my brothers had surgery only two weeks ago. If we had known about this we would have asked more questions.
